Introduction

Moyn has been teaching since two thousand and three. His research interests include law and economics, with a particular focus on utilities and financial markets regulation. He is currently a member of alberta's human rights commission. One of moyne's papers, inflation and paper money, an historical perspective, will inform most of our discussion to day.
