Ryan Toberdie's Pay Cut Was Guaranteed by D-Forbs
D-Forbs guarantee was given to Ryan Toberdie that his contract would be on it. That he would have to take no pay cut between 2020 and 2025. This was when there were empty studios and people couldn't gather. The other dimension here is that the arrangement with Renault, which survived only one year, meant that RTE was on the hook for the 75,000 euro that Ryan Toberie received from Renault in year one.
