The Self Remembrance Exercise for Three

For force, the self remembrance exercise could be looking at how you're comparing to others. In terms of self reflection, fors might look back and see everything that they already had and they did no or things that, looking back, were really nice happening with them, but they didn't value at the time. For instance, er a sense of a void in the heart of o insufficient connections or feelings, and how they may be actually feeling bad about that. And er, therefore e remember that they actually can be quite connected to everything and with an open heart in a lot of emotions.
