The Rise of Card Networks in the United States

Visa was a nonprofit, I think up until 2007 or 2008. They're conducting our financial transactions. How is that possible? And what ended up happening is the Department of Justice and a lot of regulators got in there and said, you guys are colluding prices. So it's probably in the United States of America where we now, you know, we have one of the strongest financial markets in the world.
