I think we're on a very steep part of the curve with respect to evolutions in AI and the direction that AI is heading. I think, you know, fundamentally, the advances in AR are going to allow us to high grade the work that we ask our folks to do. That then frees our people up to focus on the higher value, I think more intellectually challenging opportunity sets and improve. We reorganized on May 1 and created our global business solutions group. Our supply chain group, we made a decision to move our information technology group into our research and technology organization.
