I love it because so many people that we've had come on have taken a different route after the PhD than the one they thought they were going to. But always it's about passion and you're finding that passion. And what a gorgeous gift then that PhD journey was to take you into the passion that you now have for what you do. I get to serve my peers, as I said earlier. And I'm of that group. So people are in some ways able to listen to me, and hear me in a different way when I talk about kind of ... but coming from someone who's been through the PhD process.
