And she's also hand balancing teacher and poll teacher. And she comes from a really interesting story. She has a lot to say about her approach to teaching and practice. And i really enjoyd talking to her. I've, i've always enjoyed getting to have conversations with her, but this is the first time we've gott to do a long form, uninterrupted conversation, and it was really such a pleasure.
