How to Stop the Microbes From Going Wild in the Environment?

Most microbes are actually beneficial in the environment. So we do not want to stop all the activity of microbes. We'd leave about as many as there were before at that. But it's an interesting challenge, right? Because the only really important way we cal stop this is by slowing down the pace of warming and the of extreme temperatures that were seen. Easier said than done.
