Advertising space has been hit really hard in the last few years. We built up a huge back log of returns during the pandemic, and we had to process all those. So i think the more gradually you can roll it out, the betterand one of the benefits, it sounds like, is that it bubbles up a lot of the problems that have existed, but they 're underneath the surface.
