What's Going on With This Girl?

There can be three or four very reasonable explanations for this, right? Some girls enjoy attention without having to sort of and don't want to deliver on that attention. It's just like if you're a business person and you're starting a company and it just doesn't make sense to get into some strategic alliance with another company.
