Originally i thought what was happening was a financial interest in the west were making way for china is the next super power. But now it looks a little bit to me like a the next chapter is something like a open economic competition between a newly consolidated social scoring west and now open for business china that's expanding through beltan rode. I think that is probablycause you got to imagine it''s from em the monopoly on money's point of view. You are after growth. That's what you want. And so instead of just saying aove're letting china, i don't think it's that. It's framing the next chapter in terms of these two west verse
