A term sheet is a useful document, but some of my mentors would say you should be able to write the terms on a napkin and kind of say, like, here's the deal. And I've been on both sides. So yeah, long story short, that was one that we were so close and it just, you know, we just couldn't get there. The craziest deal you've ever heard of: A group of guys went to a South Pacific Island and they convinced the country to basically tax at 25%. They essentially turned the country into this little interesting fintech.
