How to Build Products for Your Existing Customers
A good example is probably at Laysian. That's the company behind Jira and a few other project management software. They also bought Trello actually, I think within the last year or something like that. So instead of that customer looking somewhere else to get those needs met, they're being met by that one company. The question is where do you want to start? Like, what is the client type that you want to serve first with a single product? And then over time, how can you like bolt on additional products that ideally you buy to continue serving that same customers so that they don't look elsewhere?"
