How to Deal With the Unfairness of Modern Banking
Banks don't have nearly enough reserves to deal with any situation where a meaningful number of depositors would come in and say hey I want my money now. In an abnormal time potentially the taxpayers of each country and our own is what we're talking about right now end up on the hook like we did 15 years ago to bail out the banks. That fundamental problem needs to be solved and there are several ways to do it.
