Can Meditation Help a Person in Pain?

Can the mind meditate disassociating itself from pain? You following all. Most of us have had pain of some kind, or oother intense, superficial or pain that not be cured. If one has a toothache, tomme ache, you can somewhat disassociate yourself fan observe it. The more you get attached to the pain, the more intense it is. So that may help to bring about this healing. Healing can only take place when there is no me, the me tego, the self centred activity.
