Introduction
The morning of April 30, 1661, materializes what can only be described as an armada. Hundreds of Chinese war junk and transport ships carrying about 25,000 men. This massive invasion force is led by Zhen Teng Gong or Kishinga. He was the leader of a large maritime network of trade centered in Fujian but more importantly, he was a die-hard Ming loyalist.
