Is There a Difference Between Homework and Homework?

When i was an undergroud, i did math, and you often had these problem sets. And they were so hard that you couldn't actually do them in one sitting. So there was this weird dynamic where if you didn't start, you might get a proms et do on friday,. If you didn't started it by like tue, you are already hosed. That's something i think about a lot in my creative work now, where you really need to give these things time.
