I would really love to dive deep into this process that feels like a black box, which is the turning something that looks plain and just uninviting to something that just moves you. So the first step is trying to understand, again, getting that mindset of the binary. But then they put themselves in the mindset of the buyer's wrong and immediate needs. They don't look at the long term as a festival.
