Evolution Is Blind

Darwin made a kind of evolutionary prediction, but it's not a prediction in the same way that physics makes predictions. After all, evolution is blind. That means we can't really predict what's going to happen next. Given any particular environment, it's going to be extremely difficult,. indeed, to try and figure out what kind of organisms might actually specifically arise in those environments.
