The Importance of Self Awareness in Coaching
I was in that headspace of like I need to do more and I need to get more. It didn't happen until after a hundred consults because it was just so much about me. There were days when I had four or five consults in a day, back to back to back. That's not helping her if I'm trying to put them through an assembly line. You have to grow awareness along the way but there are people who can do a hundred nose on consults or they could do a hundred lives without developing self awareness at the end.
