Is Your Process Sustainable?
It was one of the reasons why i was able to sell the agency without an earnout. Things were documented and things had a process, and there's only so much deviation. One thing that worked in my favour was that it was all sommy honeymoon. Was there any interpersonal issues with you going to australia? I'm thinking staff, and i'm thinking clients. There's kind of a moment when the owner goes, four hour work week, ay, business. You wander like, as my staff going to go four hour workweek, what are they going to think?
