Earn and Spend Your Miles on an Airline?

I think that the focal point for redemption should be reward travel. That is what makes an airline program inctive from any other programm, because it is the factory. And so i think that is the source of power and strength for a frequent flier programme. I mean, why can't i use miles to pay for parking at the airport? Or, you know, i earn hilton and milk mariot points when i take beor lift. Why not on an airline? Maybe there are some partnerships out there, i don't see. But there ought to be more ways, just in the airline travel experience, you could earn and spend your miles as well.
