Is AI on Top of AI?
CNN's John Sutter is fascinated by the idea of ancient civilizations. He says there was a human civilization prior to the Ice Age that may not have been as advanced as we think. The North Star wasn't rocket ships or nuclear weapons, he says; it was higher consciousness. And so these early assumptions that we put into this AI are going to have absolutely profound effects because they get compounded on and compounded on each new generation.
