The Confusion of Animal-Free Dairy Milk
I'm a firm believer that the word milk should be used to describe any of the substance that looks like milk so I'm okay with the word milk but I do think that animal-free dairy milk is just very confusing because it's not dairy milk even though it has what you know the way whey protein. The packaging has a cow with utters on it and it kind of very much implies it that it is that it is coming from a cow right? What do we call that once they're actually making which I'm sure it's not far off something that is molecularly identical to the actual animal milk what do we call those plant-based ingredients such as coconut or something
