The challenge for many of us is that we tend to lean into individualism and reject community in the ways in which we discern. The Bible would describe bad counsel as "foolish" Counsel like Yolo, you only live once, typically is advised for, take risk, live it up. We are all looking for folks who can agree with what we already know but often fall into the trap of confirmation bias.
