Don't Make It Difficult
If you're trying to form your own curriculum to study, don't make it difficult. You are going to design your rituals, yes. If if you're binge watchingin instructional vidios, it's not that useful. So the right way to do it is to not binge watch lessons. Instead, you watch one lesson and you decide first, like, do i want to continue this? Do the assignment presented in this lesson? If there is one, do i to practice the stuff that i just learned from this, or do i not? If it's not, then you go into the next lesson. But if it is something that was useful and you just learnd something,
