Bob Greene: Is it possible that information technologies, including social media, including AI are so potentially destabilizing that a more authoritarian and autocratic country has more of a competitive advantage than they would have had 30 years ago? He says the nature of social change just outruns the ability to control. Greene: I think what we've seen repeatedly is that that kind of regime looks really strong until the moment it collapses. And you know, how it's going to survive the next 30 years, it's very questionable.
