The positives for exercise are so multi-factorial, even independent of anything moving on the scale. Once you fill up those sub-Q stores and you get into visceral adiposity and ectopic fat, that's where the shit-starved starts. The only loss that I can see with exercise is the same loss with type 2 thinking about food as just people get weird.
