Is There a Barrier to Neuro Divergence?

The typical neuro divergent discussion argument is that we have now created two organizations inside this macro environment. And my argument is that the organizations there don't help, it's a very philosophical approach. We i i dont disagree, but i think there is, i think it's an ideological approach. It is very much lie in an ideal situation, that's how it would be. That would make life easier. But i'm not sure whether the neuro divergent individuals created the system, or someone put them in that system - both are possible.
