The Trust Beat in Special Operations

The trust as much as anything is between the commander and his intelligence staff. I've been having many cases where commanders wanted to abdicate their responsibility or their decision making, but they haven't really understood the limits of the intelligence. It's one thing I try to inculcate in our military headquarters where instead of doing the whole probability yardstick we'd stick our neck out.
