The Biblical Case of Marriage

Owen Wilson said marriage was a business deal and it wasn't supposed to be about love. Marriage is incredibly different based on what culture you happen to be in, what time period you're examining in. As early as the year 2100 BC, we have some earliest surviving written laws from the Mesopotamian code of urnamu that show evidence for marriage. Even outside of the Bible, we've got this goes way back.
