The Importance of Delegating Work on Fathom

This episode is about our move from being makers to managers for both of us. I think it's important to kind of A, B or contrast how we worked when we started Fathom versus how we work now. We did try twist for a little bit but that didn't end up sticking. So one of the bigger things that I've noticed when I'm building something because I'm involved in the kind of strategy and decision making, I can make decisions whilst I'm building. It's absolutely stupid to assume that every single person would know exactly what I'm thinking because it's impossible.
