How to Set Indoor Training Goals
I think it's really about being more flexible than we're used to, isn't it? Because in the past we've gone to climbing areas and it may be that we have to share a route or queue up for a route. So go outside, enjoy yourself, start picking some goals in different areas - but don't just write off all the training goals. If you want to find constant improvements and feel like you're accomplishing something, that's a great way to do it. It takes the pressure off actually doing anything outside and sending problems or climbs. I'm finding it quite motivating to watch videos of other climbers on the big goals that I probably realistically won't be getting on this
