A. I think the idea of these scoring mechanisms is very polarizing. People are lake, but what is this score? Where did it come from? In my personal opinion, i don't give too much weight to it. And people use that number, and they've seen that it works for them, and they keep using it. A big part of that is, one, do they have contact information? Because if theire note goes off lying, how am i supposed to let them know,. like, hey, maybe you have an error going on?"
