Portugal - The First Non-White European Head of State
When people talk about the first non-white European head of state, they refer to Rishi Sunak. It's always the Conservatives that make the gays and the mystery meets their heads of state. The reason I have contempt for Portugal is that Portugal engaged in the exactly wrong form of imperialism which ended in the pollution of the blood. That was kind of the Spanish policy in Latin America.
