How Do You Accomplish Proper Posture?
Proper posture is, first of all, it's really, really gentle, right? If you do proper posture like a British soldier who was defending the queen when she was alive, then you're stiff and you're rigid. The quickest way to do that is imagine having a string from your head is pulling you up gently. When you pull when you pull straight up, you're now approaching being straight in the spine or what's called a neutral spine. Then when you're when you're elevated and your head is up and your joints are elongated, you're feeling better already. So proper posture is head straight up and your shoulders open.
