The FTC's Settlement With Better Helps

The stigma of seeking mental health care in the United States is so charged that there's this extra layer of protection. In my electronic medical records, like when I'm working in a hospital, I can actually make my notes private from the patient for that reason. And again, this doesn't mean you necessarily shouldn't use their services. But we can't have as a sponsor something that we may need to editorially talk about because we're a science and critical thinking news show.
