What Is Tumo Breathing?
Breathing is a way to feel the movement of the ribs widening. It's not like you just gulp air, but you breathe out and then stop the breath for a few seconds. You can also do seesaw breathing by putting your hands on your belly below your belly button. So begins the seesaw: exhale, expand the belly, inhale, pull the belly in. And there would be some movement so of the chest as they breathe right now? As you go back to being aware of the belly, expands, the chest can get flatter.
