Are You Getting Control of Your Dreams?

There's some old mexican and indian techniques in their cultures where you can look at your hands during a dream. My all time favorite, a lucid dreaming technique, is called reality testing. If you have to speak, like at your driams, i've heard it helps. I'm goin to try that when i'm gon o, try and see if i can look at my hands, cause i don't notice if i even see my hands in my dreams.
