The Importance of Balance in Goal Setting
I think we always try and have the lagging measure is our number one and a leading measure where we know that it might be influencing the lagging measures as number two. If there was one thing that I would have done different it would probably be that very one of making sure that you've got the emotional pieces but also let's call it the intelligence pieces. Those differences are how someone feels the goals they've been set, for me those things joined together give you the best of both worlds.
