How to Form an in-Group or Out-Group

There's a whole lot of research on kind of the ease with which reform in groups and outgroups. One of the interesting findings has been just how easy it is for humans to do that. If you're traveling abroad, any member of your home country suddenly becomes a member of your in-group. Back home, you might have nothing to do with them there. They live in a totally different part of the country or roof for the long strong sports team.
