Is There Something Virtuous About Putting This in the Hands of Average Citizens?
There is something virtuous about putting this in the hands of everyday citizens. I think that it potentially could reinforce the legitimacy of any prosecutions. But again, because special purpose grand juries are so rarely used, maybe, maybe we'll feel differently afterwards. It's always a ham sandwich. It's never roast beef, never grilled cheese. Yeah, maybe we should start switching it up,. but you know, there so there is maybe something virtuous about giving this awesome power to ordinary people.
