How to Build a Platform Company
There are two ways to look at building a business. One is that you focus on building divide and if there is the market, you will figure out supply. And the second is you focus on creating supply. If you create good quality supply, the demand will come. What is your view of this? No, I think it's not really either or. You always have to make one side come in for free. The other side will pay for that access. In our case, after a lot of debate, make a attributed talent sprint that we have to make the jobs free.
