Ishak: The private sector and bondholder actors have also faced some criticism for holding up these renegotiation processes. Could you kind of clue us in a little bit about what are some of the complications on their side? And what is some of the thinking behind them kind of resisting debt renegotiation? You know, Kobush, we can't talk about that. But really, this is a drawn-out process. In some ways, we're far from getting to a negotiation with the private sector.
