The Staley Hotel

The stanley hotel opened its doors in 19 o nine and has been serving guests ever sinte. It had nearly 300 rooms, 466 windows, a music room with a grand piano, a billiard room, restaurant, ballroom and three floors of guest rooms. Outside and scattered around the property were staff dormitories, concert hall, the ice house, carriage house, manager's home and many others. A private air strip was even built on the property at some point, although it's been abandoned for decades. John phillip susa not only stayed there frequently, but he would tune the piano in the music room and record the dates inside the lid.
