The key is the trust. The more PMs use AI and provide feedback on the relevance and accuracy of their recommendations that they are receiving from AI, the better it will work for them. If you think about the AI ML models, they are in reality the progression of the good old statistical models. This would perhaps be more familiar to people in the context of creating alpha factors again or coming up with the list of most desired versus less desired stocks.
