i think we're all pretty excited about being in person again, and i think that will bring of energy back to the community industry. There's a flood of community energy right now, and that means there are less people who really know what they're doing. I try to make it as easy to join and engage as possible, so there's no read this beforehand. It's been a really fun place for me to experiment with run on line events in small groups,. And really feeding off of what the needs of that group are. A lot of it is about creating alucigenda, and then being really flexible and feeling the vibe of the room and adapting.
