I think that's why some leaders fail to have the courage to make decisions. With almost any decision you're making, there's some sort of risk associated with that. And so it's about understanding what those risks are and then how am I going to reduce the probability of this happening? "It takes a lot of hard work and it doesn't come easy," he says.
