In 20 16, i was at the hillary campaign, and i saw how hard it is to do a lot of the work of data cleaning when you're inside a presidential cycle. So in justing all that data, keeping it up dated, linking it states nw, there is no one data base we can take wholesale and say, ay, this is a good version of all voters in america. We have a really hard time finding tribal voters or rural voters, where often even the address itself we get is not deliverable. It's even harder when you're a person of color.
