Kendall Davis is Fundrise's head of investor relations and investor operations. Bizuka has been waiting patiently with her, full of investor questions for Ben and for Brandon. So I won't apologize for bringing the high heat today, but we're really starting to get some great questions from our investors. We have concerns about that movement where we worked hard to try to differentiate ourselves from it. And because we end up owning 100 homes in a community that we built for rent, we get grouped into it. It's just totally different business.
